• Verizon YellowPages.com and IdearcMedia are 2 companies that have conducted business in an unprofessional manner. 
• We, the Small Business, must depend on Advertising.  We do quality business and we expect quality from others. When BIG BUSINESS have ALL the POWER we have to find a united way to change our future.
• These Companies do not care about individuals, they are so large that turning off phones and ruin our advertising without even a phone call to the small business.  This has happen to so many of us, has it happened to you?
• WE WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH VERIZON, SUPERPAGES.COM, AND/OR IDEARC MEDIA, IF WE HAD KNOWN THAT THEIR GROWTH WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM ALL THIS POWER.
• Please read all details, including the hundreds of Consumers that have been taken advantage of by the NEW   Verizon SuperPages.com & Idearc Media.
• Complaints posted mainly over the last 3 years, but we have found complaints posted back in 2001.  As you can see you are not alone in your complaints.
• VERIZON, SUPERPAGES.COM, AND /OR IDEARC MEDIA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY YOUR MONEY.
• We need to be able to Advertise, we need the right to be able to spend our money with the YELLOW PAGES of our choice, but more important - we need to have it done right.
• SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY WANTS WHAT THEY DESERVE.  WE DO NOT WANT TO SPEND OUR TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY COMPLAINING. WE ONLY WANT TO WORK.
